Islamorada Florida

Surrounded by beautiful turquoise and aqua-colored waters, Islamorada, a "Village of the Islands" located in Monroe County, Florida, is part of the Florida Keys and is made up of Tea Table Key, Lower Matecumbe Key, Upper Matecumbe Key, Windley Key, and Plantation Key.  Islamorada is also known as the "Sportsfishing Capital of the World".  Pelted all along the Atlantic side and the Gulf side of these beautiful islands are shops with anything and everything.  Clothing, swimwear, fishing tackle and gear, scuba diving and snorkeling gear, and one-of-a-kind art.  Browse through galleries at the Morada Way Arts and Cultural District, which is located ocean side off of US 1 at Mile Marker 82 or grab some fresh produce at the Islamorada Marketplace at Mile Marker 90.  Yes, it is a pretty cool place when your address is a mile marker!

Feed the Tarpon, rent a kayak or jet ski, or go on a sunset cruise out of Robbie's of Islamorada.  After a day of shopping, swimming, or fishing it is always fun to enjoy a bite to eat and a refreshing drink at one of the local hangouts in Islamorada like Hog Heaven Sports Bar and Grill on US 1 at Mile Marker 85.3, Rum Runner's Island Bar, or Lorelei Restaurant & Cabana Bar located Gulf side on US 1 at Mile Marker 82.

Ocean side or Gulf side, you can't choose wrong here in the "Village of the Islands", Islamorada, in the beautiful Florida Keys!!!
